When is it time to change?

How do you know when it's time for a change?
It may not be a logical decision. In fact, your head can convince you that things are ok for a long time.
There is another little voice - in your "gut" - that tells you what really must be done.
Whether it's a vendor, a client, an employee or other partnership, your gut will always speak the truth.
Close your eyes and clear your mind. Can't do it?

I find human behavior very fascinating. At one point I considered studying psychology yet knew I didn't have the desire to enter professional practice. My Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification is as close as I'll get.

Each day I observe people - friend, family, clients, associates. One thing hold true. Change can be difficult for people. There are two parts to making change:
