Six Steps to Sales Success Program
This is a six-week coaching program consisting of:
- 60-minute group coaching calls each week, including preparatory work to bring to each call.
- Weekly business assignments to develop your personal business tools
- Audio recordings of each call and follow up notes to keep and refer to.
- Private online group to connect with other group members.
- Other program bonuses and information.
At the end of this program, you will:
- Identify proper networking channels and create a plan to maximize them.
- Create a lead tracking system
- Have a clear understanding of your closing ratio and ways to improve it.
- Have skills to connect with clients to convert prospects to sales.
- Have solid sales procedures (follow up, documentation, etc.) to use with the entire team.
- Tools to build value with clients and avoid price selling

In addition, you will receive a program summary outlining your participation and a summary of your performance.
Program 1: Wed 2/8 through Wed 3/7 (six weeks) - FULL!
Wednesdays at 11am-12pm Central/12pm-1pm Eastern.
Program 2: Wed 2/15 through Wed 3/14 (six weeks)
Wed 12:30pm-1:30pm Central/1:30pm-2:30pm Eastern.
Second quarter dates to be determined. Watch for details!
This group is limited to seven participants.
Participants should plan to be at a desk/not driving during the calls so they can take notes, complete the exercises and be engaged in the calls.
